Position Summary:The Controller is responsible for the accounting operations of our self-performing, public sector, prime contracting company. The Controller monitors and reports on the corporate financial health so that the company can efficiently, successfully, and profitably complete assigned construction projects. The Controller reports to the President. Responsibilities include: Prepare and analyze financial reports such as: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Loan Balance, WIP Oversee Accounts Payable\Payroll and Accounts Receivable\Assets performance Prepare and maintain quarterly reporting for bonding Obtain competitive rates and manage insurance policies Monitor banking activi
