JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR ESTIMATOR SUMMARY: Estimators are responsible for preparing divisional estimates. Estimators will solicit budgets and obtain pricing from trade partners, internally estimate project costs, and prepare bids for a multitude of projects. They should be able to prepare project turnover bid packages and effectively aid in presenting them to the operations team. This position assists the project team with pricing change orders when time permits.
