Job Description Fowler General Construction is seeking qualified and experienced Project Manager professionals to join our team on a variety of large-scale commercial construction projects. Candidates must be able to manage all aspects of the cost, schedule, and technical baseline for a construction project. A proven capability to perform bid tabulations, writing and managing subcontracts, reviewing, and processing submittals, writing RFI’s, developing change orders, and managing job close-out activities. Position requires planning and ensuring adherence to the construction schedule and budget, and to coordinate with vendors, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, craft, and field personnel. Candidate must have strong organization, communication,
