This role will give you exposure within the aerospace industry and promote career growth within the field. In this role you will experience working on programs that involve high precision optics and electronics used in space as well as ground-based threat detection warning systems. A passion for organization, close attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are some of the most important skills needed in this role. To succeed as a planning/scheduling analyst, you will use your interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively and manage deadline driven tasks.

Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
Proficient use of Microsoft Project software, Microsoft Project Server a plus
Ability to execute the principles, theories, and concepts of scheduling
Ability to create Summary Schedules. Milestones Professional preferred
Ability to perform/report on Schedule Risk Analysis (Monte Carlo Simulations)
Demonstrated ability to perform Critical Path Analysis
