This role will give you exposure within the aerospace industry and promote career growth within the field. In this role you will experience working on programs that involve high precision optics and electronics used in space as well as ground-based threat detection warning systems. A passion for organization, close attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are some of the most important skills needed in this role. To succeed as an associate planning/scheduler analyst, you will use your interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively and manage deadline driven tasks.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
Experience with Microsoft Project
Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
Understanding of the principles, theories and concepts of scheduling
Ability to create Summary Schedules. Milestones Professional preferred
Knowledge of Earned Value Management, a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings
Strong problem solving/analytical skills, as well as strategic thinking skills
