5-10 years general construction experience related to heavy civil, and highway construction. Estimating and scheduling of projects with HCSS (Heavy Bid), Primavera, and Microsoft office. Assisting management with Project controls set-up including materials, work plan submittals and job cost tracking. Must be proficient in reading and understanding technical specifications and plans. Understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Material Testing for a project. Knowledge of grade set-up and control using both conventional grade stake checking and Trimble GPS software/hardware. Experience with supervision of personnel Management of subcontracts and material suppliers. College degree in Construction Management
