Position Overview and Responsibilities:The Chief of Building Construction provides professional services for the Bureau of Building Construction overseeing all Fixed Capital Outlay (FCO) construction projects from inception of planning and design through completion of construction and classified as projects of high complexity or specialize project delivering methods.
