We are looking for an experienced Construction Field Manager to assist in everyday operations managing field crews, assisting in the field, making jobsite visits, manage our shop and assist as needed managing high profile projects throughout the Seattle area. Construction experience required and must be an effective people person with the ability to relate and manage, work independently, be organized, detail-oriented, possess the ability to communicate effectively (bilingual a plus) and have the desire to learn the waterproofing trade. Duties will have physical demands to include daily jobsite visits, lifting, reaching and climbing stairs.
