| Civil Estimator – Commercial Construction DEW Construction Corp. seeks a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Estimating team. We are looking for a Civil Estimator to work out of our Williston VT, Keene NH, or Manchester NH office. The successful candidate for Civil Estimator will have at least 7-10 years of experience in a civil estimating role, with proficiency in contemporary estimating software. DEW utilizes Onscreen Take-Off, Timberline Estimating, Ground Rules Earthwork Estimating Software, and InSite Earthwork Estimating Software. Working in conjunction with the rest of the estimating team, the Civil Estimator is responsible for preparing comprehensive sitework estimates that look at all aspects of civil construction, including site/building demolition, excavation, ground improvements, utilities, hardscape, landscape, etc., and an understanding of heavy equipment/sequencing utilized during site projects. Candidates must have conceptual/schematic level estimating skills, experience with hard bid, CM and Design-Build projects. Experience estimating concrete preferred. The candidate must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, experience in preconstruction services and good client relationships. Salary range is $75,000-$95,000.
