The Nehemiah Company is currently developing one of the largest master planned redevelopment projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and the largest in Arlington. We are currently seeking high level sales associates to join our team in the lease up of the multi-family community.
Greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the property, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified prospects.
Shows/tour apartment homes to prospective residents while following the proper procedures and safety guidelines.
Follow up on prospective residents and market the community to all qualified prospects. Convert leads to tours, property tours to leases.
Ensure guest information is recorded into the property management software and follow up is completed for prospects.
Achieve monthly sales quota goals as determined by owner.
Answer phones, take messages, responding to email leads and inquiries, filing and entering work orders in property management software.
Timely and accurate processing of all required administrative forms, leases and related information.
Provide quality customer service and timely response to customer requests and complaints.
Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related documents, from the application process through move out. Including processing rental applications, preparing move in information, lease files, renewal letters and leases, as well as, any other residents and leasing related documents.
Know the community competitor’s products, and pricing.
Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing goals to increase traffic and leads.
Assists with resident functions.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
